Overview
AI4TeachersHub is a learning platform for educators. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, stored, and shared, and how you can exercise applicable privacy rights. Related AI-use guidance is in our AI Policy. Cookies are described in our Cookie Policy.
Operator (placeholder): [Legal entity name], [Business mailing address]. Online service for educators. Intended audience: teachers and education professionals in the United States.
Who this website is for
AI4TeachersHub is for teachers and other education professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Do not create an account for a student or enter identifiable student information unless your school or district agreement and policies allow it. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us using the privacy-request process below.
Information we collect and why
We only request information needed to provide the service, process subscriptions, communicate with you, or meet legitimate business or legal requirements.
- Account data such as name, email, and password, so we can create and secure your account.
- Profile preferences you choose (for example grade band or subject). Some teaching preferences are stored in this browser until you clear site data or export/delete them.
- Usage data such as which tools or modules you open, to operate the product, improve reliability, and support troubleshooting.
- Content you submit to AI-assisted features (for example prompts or lesson context), so the feature can return a draft. Avoid identifiable student information unless your agreement and policies allow it.
- Billing data when you subscribe. Payment cards are handled by our payment provider. We receive subscription status and related account records needed to deliver service.
- Support and inquiry data when you email us or send a contact or school/district message, so we can respond.
- Newsletter data if you subscribe: your email and the topics you choose. Marketing topics are optional and separate from account or billing messages.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, deliver features, process billing, prevent abuse, provide support, and send communications you request or that are needed to run the service (for example receipts, security notices, and subscription changes). We do not sell personal information.
Required service messages are not the same as optional marketing. Account, security, and billing messages may still be sent if you have an account. Product promotions are sent only if you opt in. Monthly AI Trends is sent only if you subscribe to that digest.
How information is stored
Account and service data are stored with our hosting and database providers. Session cookies are stored in your browser to keep you signed in. Some teaching preferences and on-device exports stay local to your browser. Payment records may be retained by Stripe as needed for payment and tax rules. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. We do not claim a specific certification, encryption standard, or audit result on this page.
How information is shared
We share personal information with service providers only as needed to run AI4TeachersHub, and under contractual protections where applicable:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and account sign-in.
- Vercel — website hosting. Optional Vercel Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies.
- PostHog — optional product analytics for aggregate page usage, signup flow, and feedback workflow performance. PostHog runs only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- OpenRouter — AI completions. Prompts and related content you submit to AI features are sent so a response can be generated. Review that provider's terms and privacy notice. Do not submit student personal information unless your policies allow it.
- Email delivery — sending requested newsletters, unsubscribe handling, and support replies through our email infrastructure.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer. [Insert any additional sharing your counsel approves.] We do not currently use advertising pixels or extra marketing SDKs on this site.
Cookies
Essential cookies operate the service. Optional analytics cookies are off until you accept them. See the Cookie Policy and .
Your rights, including US state differences
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, to appeal a denial, or to opt out of certain processing. US state laws (for example California and other state consumer privacy laws) are not identical. This page does not list every state statute. If a right applies to you, we will consider your request under the law that applies.
Schools and districts remain responsible for their own student-privacy obligations when educators use the platform.
Data deletion and privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion, export, or another applicable privacy right:
- Email info@vision2creation.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” the email you use with us, and what you want us to do.
- Or use our Contact page and say that you are making a privacy request.
- If you have an account, you can also export a local profile file and deactivate or delete the account from signed-in Settings. Some billing records may remain with Stripe where payment rules require it.
We may need to verify that the request comes from the right person. [Response timeframe to be confirmed with counsel, for example the period required under applicable law.]
Retention
We retain account and usage information while your account stays active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Deactivation keeps data for a recovery window described in Settings. Deletion removes auth access from the product; some records may remain where the law requires it.
